Return Conditions

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You may exercise your right to seek a refund or store credit the purchased items within 31 days in their original state (opened and unused) with receipt or proof of purchase from the date on which you received them from Hoviso store.

 

Refund Policy

We do not make refunds that are not in accordance with our policies. To protect all customers, Hoviso, can offer you a store credit in the following cases:

  • The item is in its original condition, unopened, and unused
  • The package has arrived in a damaged condition (proof required).
  • The item arrived in extremely poor quality (evidence is required).
  • The wrong product was delivered (evidence is required).
  • Other (please describe).

Reason for requesting for refund

Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you haven’t received a refund within 2-5 business days since your request has been approved, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
