Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, in compliance with EU and Irish consumer rights laws.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt and the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 calendar days.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including covering return shipping.
