Acceptance

The terms and conditions of sale bind the customer and Hoviso. The customer accepts the terms and conditions when making a purchase from Hoviso, website or over the phone.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time.  Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available unless you inform us otherwise.  You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges.  You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt.  The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

 

Payment

We accept all major credit and Debit cards (Visa card and Master Card), Stripe and PayPal.  Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number. 

 

 

Promotional Discounts

From time to time we may advertise promotional offers including, but not limited to, discounts and free gifts. The conditions of use for any promotion will be specific to each offer. Promotional discounts only available while stocks last and may not be used in conjunction with any other offers. We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion without notice, prior to the advertised expiry date. 

 

Pricing is Subject to Change without Notice

We work with many manufacturers and carry thousands of products.  The manufacturers determine when to change prices.  Sometimes we have timely notice of pricing changes and sometimes we do not.  Price updates are a continual process and products can price at any time.  We will always do our best to update product prices to ensure a quality and reliable experience from our company.

 

Discontinued Product

We reserve the right to change and discontinue the Product at any time without notice to you, and this may affect information saved in any sales through an online cart. We may substitute a Product that has the functionality and performance of the Product ordered, but changes between what is shipped and what is described on the website are possible.

 

Privacy and Content on Other Web Sites

Other sites accessible through our site have their privacy policies and data collection practices.  Please consult each site’s privacy policy.  We are not responsible for the actions of third parties.

This store may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties.  We have no control over third-party sites and are not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.

 

Typographical and Computer Errors

We work very hard to eliminate store errors and provide the most updated product information and pricing. With thousands of products and SKUs, everything will not be 100% perfect. In the event, that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, computer error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. If you feel the pricing is incorrect after you placed an order, please send your order number and contact information to us. We will do our best within reasonable efforts to resolving any site errors.
